Article 10: Order Cancellation
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled. The customer has the right to request a return within 7 days of receiving the product, provided the product is in its original condition and has not been used, in accordance with Article 13 of the E-Commerce Law. If delivery is delayed by more than 15 days beyond the agreed delivery date, the customer has the right to cancel the order and receive a refund, as stated in Article 14 of the Law.
