2. Returns by Customer Request
You have the right to request a return within 7 days of receiving the product, provided that the item is in its original condition, unused, and unopened. This policy complies with Article 13 of the E-Commerce Law.

3. Delivery Delays
If delivery is delayed for more than 15 days beyond the agreed-upon date, you have the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund, in accordance with Article 14 of the E-Commerce Law.
4. Failed Delivery Attempts & No Response
The shipping company will attempt to deliver the order 3 times.
If there is no response from the customer during all attempts, the product will be automatically returned to our warehouse.
